NV Poderi Cellario E' Orange 1L, Piedmont, Italy Haarmeyer UC Davis for 2yearsA vibrant, skin contact blend of Nascetta, Moscato Bianco, and Incrocio Manzoni from organically farmed vines in the Langhe. Hand harvested and spontaneously fermented with native yeasts, it undergoes a 57 day maceration on the skins. Aged for 68 months in amphorae and concrete tanks, then bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with minimal added sulfur (<10 mg L). Cloudy, citrusy, and lightly tannic, it offers notes of clementine, lime, and a hint of
