located high on  the hills in the western section of Grossweikersdorf

After a maceration of almost 2 weeks we pressed this cuvee and later on we aged the wine on used Burgundy barrels for 10 months

tasting notes: Bringing your nose to the glass and your olfactory is treated to caramel and vanilla layered on herbal and floral notes

The barrel is being bottled on the last week of September (2025) and will be in the Brooklyn store in October (2025)

Vinification: The grapes are sorted and harvested by hand
