2025 Lady of the Sunshine 'Chevey' Sauvignon Blanc - Chardonnay, Oliver's Vineyard Edna Valley California, USA Anne-Sophie Dubois VARIETALS: Pinot NoirThis wine is inspired by the traditional white blend of the Cheverny region within the Loire Valley in France where Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay are classically blended together. In 2024, we were lucky to work with a wildly beautiful organic vineyard in the southern part of the SLO Coast AVA, called Rancho Arroyo Grande. This vineyard site has sandy rolling hills that nestle against the Los Padre National Forest. This vintage, the secret ingredient
