2024 Domaine Jacques Carillon Chassagne-Montrachet Blanc, Cote de Beaune, Burgundy, France Wines for the Table Wine is un-inoculated and insteadSourced from a 0. 27 hectare parcel in the Voillenot Dessous climat, planted in 2013 on limestone and marl soils. Hand harvested Chardonnay is fermented and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels (15% new), followed by 6 months in stainless steel. Bottled after 18 months. Arrives late summer 2026.
