1 German Resin Amber Bead, Diamond Shape Siam drilled for hanging1 large German resin amber bead, diamond shape with 2 holes for creative design! 34mm diameter x 42mm tall x 21mm thick with 2mm holes. Approximately 100 years old, found in Mauritania and Niger. This is an imitation amber, (like Bakelite, referred to as Phenolic Amber) made from plant resin in Germany in the early 1900's and traded in West Africa. These have become quite rare.
