Only 630 bottles made. Grape: 100% Smillon Making of: the grapes are hand picked and direct pressed. 50% ferments in a 350L cherry wood barrel and 50% in 54L dame jeannes. All blended together and aged in dame jeannes for 10 months, in the limestone quarry. Bottled by gravity (no pump)
