and Counoise for brambly spice and acidity

Not much fruit; but not as tertiary as you might expect either. Just the classic "fruit backward" aromas of Mourvdre. Medium + intensity of aromas. The palate starts with an intense flavor of limestone, then shows ripe strawberries in a surprising break from that fruit backwardness. The rest
