2021 Amorotti Trebbiano d'Abruzzo, Italy Le Puy de L'Ours Grapes: Pinot NoirVines planted in 1992 on mostly clay soil with some calcareous presence. Pergola abruzzese and guyot training system. Organic farming. Spontaneous fermentation in 2nd passage tonneaux of Slavonian oak, untoasted, 2 weeks long. Matured for 1 year in oak where it undergoes the malolactic fermentation. Non filtered nor clarified.
