Albillo Real is the Gredos variety of Albillo which is different from Albillo Mayor in Ribera and elsewhere. 3 days of skin contact and fermented in used 225 l barrels. Albillo Real can be opulent and rich so to give it drier, energentic and longer finish they add a dash of Manzanilla. This mimics the idea behind CVNE's famous white Rioja Monopole.
