Each panel is hand formed and secured at the central hub, with rows of evenly spaced punch holes spiraling around the points classic midcentury tin shop work intended to scatter pinpricks of light across a faade, window display, or small marquee. The underside retains an aged strip of green paint, a likely remnant of its original mounting
