Domenico Clerico, Barolo, Pajana 2000 Chardonnay A weekend in Sonoma93 Wine Spectator Loads of new wood showing on the nose right now, but there is beautiful ripe fruit underneath. Full bodied, with chewy tannins and a long finish. Slightly too much wood right now, but should come around nicely. Tasted twice, once after it had been open for 24 hours, which was much better.
