Raising deep and structured wines of such refinement and longevity has made Domaine Tempier truly a grand cru de Provence

and a huge finish

but missed the vintage as this was pretty rich

mostly in wooden barrels during an elevage between 12 and 18 months

Still tons of acidity, raspberry on finish.
