This impressive holding, which was established by his great great grandfather Julien Damoy, is one of the jewels of the Cte dOr. The holdings included three of the most esteemed grand crus in Burgundy. Pierre owns 35 percent of the magnificent Chambertin Clos de Bze and 40 percent of Chapelle Chambertin and boasts one hectare of Chambertin. When he took over, the estate
