2018 Seppi Brut Rosé [D91] Subregion_Central Coast Taste: "Fruits and spiceProducer: Seppi Region: California Blend: 95% Chardonnay, 5% Pinot Noir Year: 2018 Decanter, 91 Points "Wonderful summer aromatics of fresh strawberries and cream cut rhubarb and mint alongside a note of candied pear. A base wine of Chardonnay was blended with just a bit of Pinot Noir before tirage bottling in June 2019. The wine aged in a bottle for 28 months on lees and was disgorged in November 2021. The palate is light and lively, with cut
