Blanc de Noir from Sptburgunder with a touch of Weissburgunder. 2021 was a very tough year in Baden, so Christoph and Alex decided to cut a lot of the fruit from their single vineyards that were not ripe, before the rot came. This saved the clusters and were used for the base wine. It turned out to be very good juice. The wine was bottled at the end of 2022 and disgorged in April of '24. vom Boden
