2020 Vin des Potes x Stefano Amerighi 'La Botte Secrete', Toscana, Italy Liquid Farm Rita HillsTerroir: Clay and limestone soil. Located in Pogiobello di Farneta in the commune of Cortona (South East of Tuscany). The vines are situated 310m above the sea with a South West orientation. Age of vines: 15 years old Vinification: Grapes are harvested two passes early October giving two different levels of maturity 30 to 40 day maceration, 30% whole bunch, in concrete tanks Ageing for 20 months in tronconique wooden tank and concrete tanks.
