The Cleats can be used as a "receiver" for storing Packout Tool Boxes or the Cleats can be used in conjunction with our Packout Feet. The feet or Packout System fit firmly into the cleats allowing the user to store nearly anything on almost any surface. The Packout Feet Slide in and out of the Cleats. The cleats are designed to be compatible with the Milwaukee Packout Mounting system, but
