The bright palate draws on flavors of lemon and Fuyu persimmon, with an edge of stony minerality. Oak aging adds complex notes of vanilla, brioche, toasted coconut, and hints of cinnamon, swathed in a wonderfully rich texture and complemented by fresh balancing acidity.
