1893 Print Chicago World's Fair Syrian Men Portrait - ORIGINAL HISTORIC FAR1 XGD7 range Vintage AdvertisingTwo Stalwart Men of Syria This is an original 1894 halftone print showing two Syrian men. On the left is a native of Beyrout named Naseeb Skoukeur, the son of a wealthy olive grower. On the right is a man from Baalbec named Mohammid Delbany, who has focused his interests more on marrying than on the trade industry. (Please note that, typical of halftone prints, there is printing on the reverse.) Period Paper has obtained a wonderful set of halftone
