2023 Drink Wines Not Labels Langhe Nebbiolo, Piedmont, Italy Simon Bize Soil: red gravel & loessThis Nebbiolo comes from organically farmed vineyards in Montelupo Albese, just east of Serralunga dAlba, offering wines made with whole cluster fermentation ( about 80%) and native yeasts, then aged in stainless steel before bottling unset and unfiltered. No additives, minimal sulfur. The 2023 is floral yet grounded. Think red rose petals, raspberry, wild strawberry, and iron flecked earth. Its medium bodied with clean acidity, fine tannin, and
