Steel cased M2 dummy cartridges marked FA 4 (Frankford Arsenal 1944). This is the second version of the M2 dummy cartridge and was the standard for the last two years of WW2. The steel case is drilled for identification, and has a blind primer pocket. The bullet in these cartridges is uncolored, indicating that it represents the M2 Ball bulllet of WW 2.
