The finish on her head and chest is duller than the rest of her

I'm only now really realizing not only what a cultural phenomenon the show was

crafted from fishing twine while out at sea and typically intended as love tokens to be delivered upon return

with what I'm pretty sure is its original paint--a dark red overall

It is signed on the underside but I can't quite decipher the signature

Vintage Solid Brass Oversized Dice rope gauge The finish on her headI'm not quite sure how old these solid brass dice are but they've definitely got some good years on them, and are quite satisfying things I think, weighing nearly half a pound each, make them perfect paperweights for the desk, where one might also give them occasional toss. It appears they've been thrown around a bit, all to the good I think, and with a nice patina to the brass. 1 1 8 cubed and in very good condition.
