The Lockheed MQM 105 Aquila (Eagle) was the first small battlefield drone developed in the United States during the 1970s to act as a target designator for the US Army. This is a tremendous small desk model of the Aquila presented to (then) Major General Eivind H. Johansen in 1983, the year the drone had its first flight. General Johansen was the youngest general to serve as the Armys Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics.
