9 7/8" t x 7 3/4" w and in great antique condition

I found in it Massachusetts and it wouldn't surprise me to learn the house and site depicted was in Gloucester or Rockport on Cape Ann

Plus two men framing it

On reverse in pencil is a note describing the subject of the drawing as Miss Gaby Fabre and noting the names of her parents
