straw yellow in colour with plenty of iron minerality and a citrus edge

with shallow gravel topsoil interspersed with broken sandstone over rock

L'Archetipo, Aglianico, Puglia, Italy Naintes BurgenlandValentino Dibenedetto and his four children practice natural, no till regenerative farming on their land in Puglia in the heel of Italy. Influenced by Masanubo Fukuoka and Rudolf Steiner, the aim is to protect soil health and structure, build a natural layer of Humus, enhance biodiversity and thereby produce fantastic grapes and beautiful, natural wines. As well as 25 hectares of vineyards the family farms around 35 hectares of ancient grains.
