ROLLO, Beatifully Hand-Carved Antique Wooden Stamp a b c Penobscot and Passamaquoddy tribes) andI find this really beautiful as an object and "Rollo." such an excellent work to have been carved someone's last name I presume, with the hand carved wooden stamp surely used to mark possessions, though I 'm not sure whether cloth (feed bags, say) or something else, perhaps many different things. I found it in Upstate NY near Albany, and would guess it had not travelled far. Wonderfully, deeply hand carved letters, and nice long handle, with the stamp
