It comes complete with its original ribbon pin inside the original presentation case, marked on the inside with a label reading WCHTLER & LANGE MITTWEIDA i. SA.. The medal is in excellent condition, with almost no wear or damage to the medal itself, and just light oxidation to the hanger ring and pin,
