Original U.S. Cold War 1984 Dated Helicopter Pilot SPH-4 Helmet by Bell Helmets Inc - Size Regular U.S. Ordnance Offered in very good conditionOriginal Item: Only One Available. This is a United States Helicopter Flight Helmet type SPH 4 made by Gentex. The helmet is in overall excellent, complete condition with the liner, headset (detached ear piece), tinted visor (broken, with nut) and boom microphone. This is a great Cold War era Vietnam Type original helicopter helmet in wonderful complete condition! The Sound Protective Helmet 4 (SPH 4) is a derivative of the US Navy SPH 3 and was used
