This is an extremely scarce pair of WWII era German toy tanks, possibly by Gama or O&M Hauer, with one tank having a toy trooper standing inside. Each tank has a likely functional windup engine with rotating lifting turret, working rubber chain wheels, etc. Neither example retains the key, so we cannot say with certainty that either is working.
