Silice Viticultores is made up of three friends, one of them Fredi Torres, with the idea to create wines like those who came before us, meaning as minimal and low intervention as possible. Fredi was born in Galicia but grew up in Switzerland where he was a   musician and DJ he trained at the famous SAE School in Zurich. He was first introduced to
