it works summer to winter and with everything--I think it would be the perfect piece to wear with jeans and a t-shirt while throwing a pot or with a breezy linen dress to a farm-to-table dinner

Tiny Ceramic Figure on Horseback, Presumed Chinese scorpio terrifically beautifulIm so intrigued by this tiny clay figure on horseback, which measures all of about one inch tall. At first the style of the horse made me think It might be Italian, but Ive since found that it bears a strong resemblance to ancient Chinese archers and warriors on horses, and the figures costume particularly seems to suggest Chinese. At some point it must have been glued to a base or part of some larger scenario, as there are a few bits of paper stuck
