Well this is a TRUE Odd Ball It is a totally original British made Model "C" East India Company Percussion Carbine, a configuration that seems to be very rare. All of the other model Cs that were found in Nepal were full length muskets. It features a smooth bore 24 1 2 inch barrel, and is 40" in overall length. This example, unlike many we see, was not made overseas, but instead was definitely manufactured in Britain. The
