Scarce Complete c. 1860s Hill's No. 12 Kindergarten Alphabet Blocks Set with Plain and Cursive Letters welded iron bug watercolor and pencil on paperGorgeous, and useful too. This is a scarce, early (c. 1860s), complete set of Hill's Alphabet blocks especially rare for showing three iterations of each letter on the face of each block: upper and lower case cursive plus upper case block letter in between. (And I will admit that I as if a child of five or six myself have found them useful this week as reference tools in helping me decipher some 19th c. handwriting!) This is a complete set, A through
