I'd guess this color wheel was completed by an art student as part of a color theory class--and just beautifully executed

This one appears to have spent some time in the possession of a young Francie Philbrook, who wrote her name on one of the five gaming chips for the horse roulette game housed inside. It's a fairly early one, and a nice large one, with ball still resting in the roulette spinner.
