The first page has a profession photo of our subject with two Herr helmet decals and a hand drawn color wax pencil rendering of his 47th regiment uniform epaulette

Three of the 81 C-47s were lost before or during the jump

When originally issued

All parts are in excellent condition and each serial number reads 1947 (or 947) meaning this entire gun
