Twice Barreled Rye is pretty self explanatory: it's traditional Knob Creek rye whiskey, finished for the second time in an additional, new level of four charred oak barrels. It's bottled at 100 proof, and according to Jim Beam, the second cask adds sweetness and warm spice notes.
