It carries two stamps marking the occasion on January 30, 1938, and stating the motto Munich Capital of the Movement. This marks the 5th anniversary of the Nazi partys rise to power in 1933. The Munich part refers to the first and unsuccessful attempt of taking over Germany, the Beer Hall Putsch in 1923, which took place in Munich.
