Constructed of bronzed, the obverse bearing a central raised coat of arms of Belgrade, with smaller shields inscribed AGRAM (ZAGREB), SKOPJE, and TIRANA, separated by airplane propellers and flanked by oak leaves, topped by Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, bottom inscribed FR BESONDERE BEWHRUNG DER KOMMANDIERENDE GENERAL UND BEFEHLSHABER IM FELD LUFTGAU XXX (FOR SPECIAL RECOGNITION THE COMMANDING
