This 2022 release comes from 35 year old, dry farmed bush vines in the western Swartland. It sees 7 days of skin contact, spontaneous fermentation, and 14 months aging on gross lees in concrete. No filtering, no fining, and absolutely no sulfur. Raw, expressive, and wild just as intended.
