Constructed of silver, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with a rightward facing profile of Duke Adolph, the reverse with an inscription of ADOLPH HERZOG ZU NASSAU, within a laurel and oak leaf wreath, marked with a silver content number of 950, measuring 29. 94 mm in diameter, weighing 11. 8 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
