Chateauneuf du Pape 2023 Lilian Baudin Exclusive video tastings and accessA powerful, full bodied red blend of 70% Grenache and 30% Mourvdre. Crafted by Patrick and Nathalie Fabre, the wine is produced from organically farmed vines, planted in 1950 on clay soils. Hand harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts, it undergoes a one month maceration and ages for 18 months in concrete tanks. Expect rich, complex layers of black fruit, clove, nutmeg, and pepper.
