Fatalone "Teres" Primitivo 2017 Gingerbread With the help of former100% not your average Primitivo. A pale ruby ros color and unoaked in the cellar so this Italian wine drinks with ease especially with a slight chill. Teres is the second pressing of Primitivo, but displays a youthful mouthfeel, with balanced acidity and notes of warm southern spices. Pair with herb roasted chicken salad or rosemary coated sheep milk cheese. ORGANIC.
