It has gray foliage with pink flowers that bloom from summer to winter. Santa Cruz Island Buckwheat is easy to grow. It is endemic to the Channel Islands. Plant on dry, well drained shallow slopes or flats, and surround with plenty of mulch or rocks. Dead head in late summer early fall after flowers have run their course. Plant with: Santa
