A silver Leopold Cross with finely enameled red arms bordered in white enamel, circumscribed by the inscription INTEGRITATE ET MERITO (INTEGRITY AND MERIT) over a ring of white enamel, upon a hand etched eight armed silver star, reverse with central pin assembly with marked C.
