Slaughter House Whiskey Size:750ml The Cocktail WhispererRock star winemaker David Phinney of Orin Swift Cellar (he, of Prisoner Wine fame) has produced yet another whiskey rested in wine barrels. This one, after spending 9 years in American oak, is further matured in Papillon barrels (Papillion is a high end Bordeaux blend created by Orion Swift) which adds perfumed aromatics and rounds out the mouth feel. The spirit is then tamed with pristine water originating from a natural hillside spring found on Dave
