Constructed of a red cotton rayon blended cloth base, the exterior trimmed along the top and bottom edges with white tresses, bearing a central white diamond defaced by a machine embroidered black mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 20. 5 cm (w) x 11. 5 cm (h) when folded on a flat surface, demonstrating minor soiling, in near extremely fine condition.
