Constructed of silver, the obverse with a raised central National Socialist Peoples Welfare (NSV) insignia, circumscribed by the inscription Schwesternschaft (Sisterhood) in capital letters, the reverse with a horizontal pinback, and the membership number 1348, Ges. Gesch (Gesetzlich Geschtzt), and 800 for the silver content, the catch on the pinback assembly shows
