Green summer needles turn bright gold in fall and winter. Discovered in the Wallowa Mountains of Eastern Oregon, named after leader of Nez Perce tribe that had resided in the territory. Zones 5 9. Part shade to full sun. 4 ft. tall and 2 ft. wide.
