In silver gilt with gilt chain linked surround with FERT and crossed fasces upon green enameled ring, centre white enameled star with gilt centre peice affixed to base by 3 rivets, hand painted red eye, reverse hallmarked 800 silver on reverse as well as lightly stamped marking, silver makers back plate of E.
