Morgon 2023 Alice Beaufort a little meatyA robust and elegant red wine crafted from Gamay grapes sourced from three distinct plots on 8. 5 hectares of sandy, rocky granite soils. Following hand harvesting and careful sorting in the vineyard, the grapes undergo carbonic maceration in concrete tanks for 10 to 25 days. The wine is aged for 6 months, with minimal intervention, resulting in a classic Morgon that captures the essence of the terroir with finesse and complexity.
